Harry Wiltshire

Harry has been involved in Triathlon for 10 years, having begun racing on the South Coast as a junior age group athlete in 1998, he has steadily progressed to become one of Great Britain’s top young athletes. Since making his Great Britain debut at the Junior World Championships in 2002 Harry has represented his country at both under 23 and senior international level. He is one of the fastest swimmers in the sport having been in the top five athletes to exit the swim in every race he has entered over the last three years.

Over the years Harry has been fortunate enough to work with some of the best coaches and athletes in the world and has developed a strong training philosophy that he shares with the “Driven to Tri“ coaches. As the team have all found, success in sport comes from consistently working hard and enjoying it.Harry is a BTA level 3 coach and has assisted in the development of a number of single and multi sport athletes. Athletes coached by Harry have completed Ironmans, smashed personal bests, made G.B age group teams and most importantly loved their sport at whatever level they choose to compete.

Alongside his coaching work with Driven to Tri Harry is British Triathlon's Talent Identification coach in the South West of England.

In 2006 Harry won the World Student Games in Lausanne Switzerland and finished 5th at the World Aquathlon Championship. Harry has finished 3rd at Windsor and in the top 15th at the Hamburg world cup this year, he also races for a professional team in France.

Harry has a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath where he has lived and trained over the last five years. Combining study and training over this period has given Harry a great understanding of the challenges involved in achieving a balanced sporting and working life.
